So, how does taking continuing education courses online work?
For some of you this may be your first exposure to online continuing education. We have worked to make completing your online CEU's a simple and straight forward process. You can review our online catalog of CEU courses and when you see one that interests you, simply click on the title to learn more about the course including teaching methods, learning objectives, target audience and more.The course details are available to anyone who has set up a free user account with CEU-Hours.com.
Once you find a course that meets your needs, we suggest you complete the following three steps:
Step 1 - Click on the button to print the post-test. This will allow you to view all test questions prior to taking the test. Print them on paper and keep them handy as you review the materials, marking your answers as you go.
Step 2 - Download the materials for the course, they are available from the course details page usually in a link at the top.
Step 3 - Come back to that course when you have completed your post-test and are ready to enter the answers online. You will need to purchase credits (except for our free trial course) and then complete the online post-test using credits from your account. You may purchase just the credits you need to pay for the course or purchase a larger bundle and save from the list price. The choice is yours!
Your online continuing education test will be scored when you submit it and if you achieve a passing score you will then a certificate will be available to print immediately. You may also order an optional paper copy by mail for a small mailing fee. You may retake the post-test an unlimited number of times as needed to achieve a passing score.
There are no time limits to complete the CEU programs. Payment is only required to take the online post-test, the last step in completing the course so you can be sure that you are satisfied that it meets your professional needs.
