We have created this information page to help you locate your certificate more quickly than sending us an email. Please read all the information on this page before sending an email. This information will most likely help you locate the document right now instead of waiting for a response.

Frequently asked questions:

1. When will I get my certificate?

Answer: Certificates are manually processed and posted at least once per weekday (excluding holidays). Your certificate will be posted within at least 24 business hours.

2. How will I get my certificate?

Answer: You will receive an email from us with the certificate attached and a link to where it is posted online. It remains posted on the site for at least 30 days.

3. It's been over 24 hours and no email. Why?

Answer: If you have not received the certificate email within 24 business hours, please check any "spam" or "bulk" email folders that your ISP may direct emails to when their filters detect "spam." Some ISP's also block emails with attachments. We have found that the free email services are especially susceptible to misdirecting email notifications. We strongly advise against the use of hotmail.com and yahoo.com email address in conjunction with our service if there is any other option available.
