How to workaround a certificate error

Question:   When I try to print my CEU certificate it says there is an error.

Answer:

When you are logged in to your user account at CEU-Hours.com, you will be able to view a listing of courses that you have completed and a listing of courses you have in progress (referred to as enrolled) on the right side of the My Courses page in the Completed Courses section. If you received an error message when you attempted to click on the title of a completed course or the certificate icon , the most common cause is that your PDF reader is not either not properly interfaced with your browser or the latest update did not properly integrate into the browser.

Here is the workaround: Instead of left clicking to open the file in your browser, instead RIGHT CLICK on the course title or icon and select download file - save the certificate to your desktop (or any location on your computer) and open the file from there using your file manager. This will bypass the browser and open the PDF certificate using your resident PDF reader.

If the above does not work, you may need to download the latest version of the free Adobe Acrobat reader at www.adboe.com and install it on your computer.

Please feel free to contact CEU-Hours.com if you need further assistance.
