through our web-based online continuing education courses.
Please check with your state social work board if you are unsure about the policies related to online or home-study or online CEU credit. Not all states/boards will accept CEU credits without pre-approval or may limit the number of continuing education hours authorized or accredited. Question: So, how does taking social work continuing education online work?
Answer: Simply browse the course selections online. Find the course(s) that interest you and click on the number of continuing education clock hours you would like to take (some selections only have one option for clock hours). You will be able to access all of the CEU material needed to answer the CEU post-test questions online via links our pages. Either print out or review the material in your browser. When you have completed the reading, click on "View" to take the online social worker continuing education exam covering the material. Your continuing education post-test will be scored immediately online and, if you pass, a form to request your certificate and submit payment will appear. You must correctly answer at least 75% of the questions to qualify for CEU's. You may take the test as many times as needed to achieve a passing score, demonstrating mastery over the material. CEU Certificates are generally emailed or mailed within 1 business day and are dated with day of successful completion of the C.E.U. material, allowing for Same Day CEU Credit in all cases. When you have successfully complete the continuing education test, you may then pay online or fax or mail in payment for the online CEU workshop.
